Welcome to Harts & Flowers — a creative studio offering hands-on craft workshops and hand-crafted seasonal wreaths.
I’m Susie Hart MBE, a designer and craftsperson with over 25 years’ experience. Alongside founding international craft charities in the UK, Ecuador, Peru and Tanzania, I’ve spent more than a decade creating bespoke floristry for events and celebrations. Seasonal wreath-making has become one of my favourite ways to bring beauty and creativity into everyday spaces.

Every workshop I run draws on this depth of expertise, combining refined technique with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
My in-person workshops in Harrogate are designed as immersive creative experiences. You’ll learn professional methods for wreath-making, jewellery, mosaics, lino printing and more — leaving not only with a beautiful finished piece, but with skills you can return to again and again.
For those who prefer a finished creation, I also offer individually commissioned seasonal wreaths made with the same care and attention to detail.

Wreath Making Kit
You'll receive everything you need to make a stunning wreath and full instructions. Just £29 plus £5 postage / delivery. Your kit includes : Copper wreath hoop base; natural spagnum moss; floristry wire; a selection of fresh evergreen foliage including holly, ivy and conifer; seasonal embellishments (Christmas : cinamon sticks; orange slices; faux berries; golden fir cones / Easter: Faux spring flowes and decorative eggs); plusyour choice of pre-tied ribbon, with wire attached ready to fix to your finished wreath; natural jute string to tie your wreath to your front door or wherever you want to display it .
